Class action suits PDF Print E-mail

Class action is a procedure that enables an individual to exercise a personal right but also to exercise the same right for a group of persons in the same situation.

These actions take place before the Superior Court and the individual who begins the action must be granted previous authorisation by the Court to get representative status for all the other members of the group.

Rules pertaining to class action suits are specific and it could appear cautious to ask us information, as always for a minimal fee, if you wish to start a class action personally.

The law offers financial support to exercise a class action suit but the recourse has to seem serious. This financial help is provided through a special government organisation called the Class Action Help Fund.
